It has been announced that up to 1000 new jobs in taeching will be available for the beginning of the new school year with a further 1,000 to follow in 2011. These will mainly support the growing demand in the primary section of education although the news will be greatly recieved by everyone. Of the 1,080 new posts coming on stream this September, 600 will be in primary and 330 in second-level. A further 150 have yet to be designated.
